Regular board meetings are open to the public. Speakers are generally limited to three minutes.

The current board and committee meeting agendas are posted as they become available by clicking here and are subject to change up until the time of the meeting. Agendas posted on the web should not be relied upon as the final and official documents.  Official copies of the agendas, documents, recordings can be obtained by writing the Tampa Sports Authority Office at 4201 N. Per Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, requested documents may take a reasonable amount of time depending on the quantity of records requested. Documents are provided in the format in which they are kept. Copies of documents may be purchased at a cost of $.15 cents per page or $.20 cents for two-sided copies. Certification of a document is $1.00. Compact disk recordings of meetings are available at a cost of $.85 per CD or $1.15 per DVD. A shipping charge may also be incurred.

Pursuant to provisions of the American with Disabilities Act, any person(s) requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked contact the Authority at least five (5) days prior to the meeting at 813-350-6500 or 813-350-6515.
